Tiered Retainer Structure
Not every client pays the same retainer. Watson Capital reviews each client file before determining the proper scope of work and retainer tier.
Before a final retainer is quoted, Watson Capital reviews the client's deal, borrower profile, funding objective, documentation, credit-readiness position, business or personal funding needs, cash-to-close gap, and overall project complexity.
No retainer guarantees funding approval, credit approval, credit score improvement, loan approval, credit facility approval, down payment funding, permit approval, construction approval, or closing. All retainers and service scopes are subject to written engagement, file review, compliance review, and Watson Capital approval.
