  • Interest-only options; 18–36 month terms with extensions (program-dependent)
  • Up to 75% LTV on select qualified files
  • Up to 80% LTC on select qualified files
  • Stabilized DSCR and debt yield reviewed
  • Sponsor net worth, liquidity, and experience are important
