- Horizontal & vertical construction
- Build-to-rent & custom builder projects
- Spec builds & infill development
General Program Features
- Up to 85%–90% loan-to-total-cost on select qualified files
- Up to 70%–75% LTARV on select qualified files
- Up to 100% of construction cost on select programs
- 12, 18, 19, 24-month terms with extension options (program-dependent)
- No income verification on select programs
- Interest not charged on undrawn construction funds on select programs
- Permits may be required before first draw
