Qualified builders, developers, and investors constructing non-owner-occupied investment properties.

Eligible Uses

  • Single-family construction
  • Townhomes & condominiums
  • Subdivisions & 2–4 unit properties
  • Horizontal & vertical construction
  • Build-to-rent & custom builder projects
  • Spec builds & infill development

General Program Features

  • Up to 85%–90% loan-to-total-cost on select qualified files
  • Up to 70%–75% LTARV on select qualified files
  • Up to 100% of construction cost on select programs
  • 12, 18, 19, 24-month terms with extension options (program-dependent)
  • No income verification on select programs
  • Interest not charged on undrawn construction funds on select programs
  • Permits may be required before first draw
