- Short-term, interest-only structures
- No prepayment penalty on select programs
- Up to 90% LTC on select qualified files
- Up to 95% LTC on select qualified files (program-dependent)
- Up to 75% LTARV on select qualified files
- Up to 100% rehab budget financing, subject to approval
- Experience-based leverage
- Non-owner-occupied only · first-lien position typically required
