  • No prepayment penalty on select programs

  • Up to 95% LTC on select qualified files (program-dependent)
  • Up to 75% LTARV on select qualified files
  • Up to 100% rehab budget financing, subject to approval
  • Experience-based leverage
  • Non-owner-occupied only · first-lien position typically required
